Inspirited Connections

Our experience is based on the combination of Reiki Self-Care and the
development of more conscious riding which enables the integration of energy
re-balancing into our physical experience. As holding patterns soften, muscle
tension decreases and our ability to communicate clearly through our body
flows with more ease.
What we " discovered" intuitively is what is called in the field of somatic
education ( body learning): the"motoring out" of a new pattern. This very
important phase in the development of creative learning is based on play and
discovery. With the right attitude growth and change can become exciting
adventures.

Harmonizing Horses & Humans is for riders and horse lovers.
It is not necessary to have riding experience to do this work yet it is also
suitable for the performance oriented.
However, if you do not ride and just like to be with the horses, we strongly
suggest that as you enter this process you consider exploring it in conjunction
with writting, painting, dancing, swimming, running, walking... what ever pleases
you that you could take to the level of a "moving meditation". This commitment
becomes the container, the sacred space, the theater to explore on a physical
level the you that is becoming... Inspirited.
